Discover the excitement of railroading at the Southeastern Railway Museum’s fun and enriching 5-day summer camp! This year’s theme is En-Gauging with Trains. Young railroaders will explore different scales and gauges of trains and railroads, including model railroads, miniature trains (like our park train), narrow-gauge railroads, and standard-gauge railroads.

Our 2019 Summer Railway Camp dates are:

June 17-21
July 22-26

Registration

Registration is OPEN! Required forms are posted below. Your registration is not complete without these forms.

The fee for summer camp is $200 per child. Registrations received before May 1 will automatically receive an early-bird discount of $25 per child. The program repeats for each session (the two camp weeks are the same). Participants may register online (please note there is a separate registration for each session) or by sending a check along with the forms that will be posted in the coming weeks. Included in the fee is a T-shirt for every camper, so please make sure to indicate your child’s T-shirt size so we can order enough of each.

Sibling discounts are available. Email education@train-museum.org for details including the discount code.

Summer camp will be held Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm for children ages 4-12. Children must be 4 years old by the first day of camp and no older than 12 by the end of the camp. Campers will split into three different age groups during the program.
