The Southeastern Railway Museum will host the North Georgia Modurail Club’s visiting model railroad layout from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Nov. 3-4. The special layout is included in regular museum admission.
The Southeastern Railway Museum’s own layout has made significant progress and has many new, exciting features. The layout will be running next to the visiting layout in the Exhibit Hall.
In addition to North Georgia Modurail exhibit, there will be “cash” tables selling new and used railroad models, landscaping, structures, track, artwork, books, etc. Items will be priced to sell.
Train rides will be available on the historic (standard-gauge) train and the miniature “park” train.
Cost: $10 adults, $8 seniors 65+, $7 children 2-12, under 2 free. Train rides $3 per person.
