All Aboard the Southeastern Railway Museum’s Preschool Program!
10:30 AM-12:05 PM, the second Thursday of each month
On the Second Thursday of each month, come join us with your 2- to 4-year old child for our morning pre-school program at the Southeastern Railway Museum. This is an interactive educational program that allows the parent and child to participate together in activities related to our vehicle of the month. There are 5 components to the program: game, story/song, activity, craft and when available, the actual “vehicle of the month” for children to see and experience. Each component lasts 15 minutes. The components will be facilitated by the museum’s education department conductors.
The cost is $10 per participating child. One adult is free per participating child, additional adults are $12. To attend, check-in at the ticket counter before 10:20 AM on the second Thursday of each month. The program is limited to the first 75 children participants (accompanying adults are not included in the limit), and we strongly encourage and discount signing up HERE in advance. Advance tickets will cut off at 8:00 pm the day before (Wednesday night). If the event fills up or sells out online, there will NOT be onsite sales on Thursday. Tickets are NOT transferable to other months and are valid only for the month you purchase.
We can’t wait to see you there!
If you have any questions please contact the museum’s Education Coordinator at 770-495-0253, or contact our education department by email.
