Southeastern Railway Museum photo competition extended until March 4

DULUTH, Ga. — The Southeastern Railway Museum has extended the deadline for its fourth annual photo competition until March 4.

To enter, photographers must submit a photo taken at the museum in both digital and print formats. Entry fees are $5 per photo or $20 for five entries. Students with a valid identification receive a 25 percent discount using the “student2017” coupon code.

To enter, photographers should register online using the museum’s ticket system. A model release is required if anyone in the photo is recognizable and should be included at the time of submission.

The museum will exhibit photos during March 2017, and an awards ceremony is scheduled for March 25. Attendance to the exhibition is included in regular museum admission, and attendees are encouraged to vote for a “People’s Choice” winner.

The museum is hosting the competition in partnership with the Georgia State University Graphic Design Club. For more information and complete competition details, visit SoutheasternRailwayMuseum.org.
