DESCRIPTION:Thank you to our event Sponsor\, Suzanna’s Kitchen \nThis event is part train\, part truck show\, part tractor show and all fun. There will be an assortment of trucks and tractors of different vintages on exhibit in addition to the museum’s historical trains and transit collections.Special exhibits are all provided by volunteers throughout the community and donate their time to make this event a success. Special exhibits are included in your museum admission. If you have an antique (be it car\, truck\, tractor or grandparent) bring them out and show off. The event is included in (and requires) museum admission. $18 adults\, $15 seniors\, $12 children 2-12. Children under 2 are free\, we do ask that you enter the number of them attending so we can maintain a count. Hayrides\, if available\, are handled by the various tractor clubs participating in the event with a minor donation \nAdvance tickets are available on our ticketing website\, ThunderTix \nCab rides in 6901\, the museum’s historical Southern E8 locomotive will be offered throughout the day on Saturday\, Aug 5. Tickets are on the ticketing website\, ThunderTix\, and must be purchased in advance. You must be 13 years of age and able to physically get up and down the ladder (vertical) to participate.

DESCRIPTION:On the 2nd Thursday of each month\, join us with your 2- to 4-year-old child for our morning pre-school program at the Southeastern Railway Museum. \nThis is an interactive educational program that allows the parent and child to participate together in activities related to our vehicle of the month. There are 5 components to the program: \n\nGame\nStory/Song\nActivity\nCrafts\nAnd explore one of the many trains on site!\n\nEach component lasts 15 minutes and is facilitated by the Southeastern Railway Museum’s Education Conductors. \nTickets can be purchased at the gate on the day of the event or  online a month before the event by clicking here.
