SUMMARY:Celebration of the Authentic Car
DESCRIPTION:The Celebration of the Authentic Car (CofAC) event was created to showcase authentic\, unmodified\, and historic pre-war cars\, 1948 and earlier\, and to benefit the non-profit Southeastern Railway Museum. Museum admission required to attend show. All authentic cars\, through 1948\, restored or not\, are invited to participate. The idea is that cars in the CotAC show appear visually as they did when new and also maintain their original style drivetrain. \nDetermination of a particular car’s eligibility will be solely at the discretion of the CotAC staff. Car entry fee is a donation to the Southeastern Railway Museum in any amount. Feel free to be generous! No formal judging\, only ‘Peoples Choice’ awards. Plenty of trailer parking. For more information\, contact Gregory Wells at 404-610-4524 or greg@slotblog.net. Please click here for more information regarding participation. \nRegistration and parking lots for CotAC will open for entrants at 8am\, May 21\, 2022. The show will be open to the public from 10am-3pm. Those wishing to view the cars can purchase advance tickets here. \nA food tent will be open for everyone.
