2nd Thursday Preschool Program – Cement Mixer Trucks

November 10, 2016 @ 10:15 am - 12:05 pm

The Second Thursday of each month is our Pre-School Program at the Southeastern Railway Museum. This is an interactive educational program that allows the parent and child to participate together in activities related to the “Vehicle of the Month”. Each month our program has a new vehicle that we focus on. There are 5 componets to the program, game, story/song, activity, craft and when available, the actual “vehicle of the month” for children to actually see and experience. Each component lasts 15 minutes. The components will be facilitated by the museums own “Education Conductors” Second Thursday is perfect for your 2-4 year old.

The cost is $10 per participating child. One adult is free per participating child, additional adults are $12. To attend, check-in at the ticket counter before 10:20 AM on the second Thursday of any month. The program is limited to the first 75 children participants (and thier accompanying adults) and we strongly encourage and discount signing up in advance. Advance tickets will cut off at 8pm the day before (Wednesday night). If the event fills up / sells out online, there will NOT be onsite sales on Thursday.

We can’t wait to see you there. The featured vehicle for November will be Cement Mixer Trucks.
